Catch Parenthood—David Attenborough’s riveting new natural history series that features Mandarin Film’s mesmerising Langur Monkey footage—now streaming worldwide.

Mandarin Film collaborated once again with Silverback Films as part of the Jungles team. After extensive discussions with the Silverback team, we provided exclusive footage of the White-Headed Langur, filmed on location for over a year in China, and featuring unique, never-before-seen behaviour.

This rare and extraordinary primate is one of the world’s most endangered monkeys, and we are so excited that our work has been included in such a powerful series celebrating the bonds of family and the resilience of wildlife.

With narration by Sir David Attenborough and international distribution reaching audiences from the UK to China, Japan, Brazil, and soon the USA, Parenthood is already inspiring viewers worldwide. The series was made possible by people dedicated to giving the natural world a voice. We couldn’t be prouder to be part of this global project alongside such outstanding storytellers.

We hope you’ll take the chance to watch the series — and keep an eye out for our White-Headed Langur footage!

In the UK, all five episodes are available on BBC iPlayer following their BBC One premiered on 3 August. Canadian viewers can watch on CBC TV and CBC Gem. In the U.S., the series is featured on PBS’s Nature. Across the Middle East and North Africa, it airs on Asharq Discovery, while in Asia, distribution includes major platforms such as iQIYI, Youku, Bilibili, and Tencent Video, with linear broadcasts via CCTV‑9, NHK (Japan), Now TV (Hong Kong), TVNZ (New Zealand), and Network Ten (Australia).
